All of Baci's Signature Wedding Planning Packages can be customized to meet your specific planning needs! Each package includes an initial consultation to discuss the couple’s visions, ideas and plans - either in-person, via Skype or on the phone, depending on your location and schedule. Any package including day-of presence will have three coordinators present and access to our always-growing Wedding Day Emergency Kit :o)
After you reach out to us, we'll have you fill out our Wedding Client Form - it's full of basic questions that will let us get to know more about you and your wedding. Wedding planning services are available throughout Northeast and Northwest Ohio, so where you're located will determine who you meet with initially. Destination planning is also available upon request - we LOVE traveling so just let us know where your event is and we'd be happy to help!
After we have a good idea of what your planning needs are, we'll put together an estimate. Once you're comfortable with the estimate we ask that you sign a contract and return it with a deposit (half the estimate cost). When we have your signed contract and deposit in hand your wedding will officially go onto the Baci calendar! We'll then set up a planning timeline and you'll be granted online access to your own Wedding Planning Worksheets to stay on top of all your wedding details :o)
