Two of my favorite country singers, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton, were wed this past Saturday in Texas. The couple certainly did their country and western roots justice - they could not be cuter!!
Miranda wore her mother's wedding dress (I really hope this becomes a trend because it's the sweetest thing!) and finished her look with custom made cowboy boots by Casadei. Hottie Blake wrote a song called "Let's Grow Old Together" just for the occasion and played it right before his bride walked down the aisle - once again, SO SWEET!!
If only all brides and grooms could be as musically inclined as these - lol ;o) In all reality though, any wedding couple can take a note from Miranda and Blake's big day - sentimental and personal touches really do make for a perfect wedding. It doesn't have to be big or incredibly expensive, it simply needs to be about the two of you and your new life together. Make it special for you and it will be special for all of your guests!
