Last Minute Shopping Guide

For all of you that are last minute shoppers, START EARLIER NEXT YEAR :)

But seriously, I have picked out some of the best places you can go to get the best deals and quick. I also picked out great gifts that are quick and easy to purchase.

IDEA 1
I will start by stating the obvious, you can go to any local store, like Wal-mart, Target, Meijer, or even Dollar General if you are trying to shop on a budget and pick something up.
If you want your gift more personal, make a basket. Making personalized baskets are some of the best gifts, I believe. You can pick up a basket, something FUN and fill it with anything, but pick a theme, such as:
Favorite Foods
Baked Goods (Chocolate Chips, Cookie Mix, Sugar, Flour, Cookie Sheets)
Margaritas (Margarita Mix, Tequila, Margarita Salt)
Wine (Favorite Wine, Crackers, Cheese, Bottle Opener)
Boy (Matchbox Cars, Coloring Book, Crayons)
Girl (Barbie Doll, Barbie Clothes)
Movie Night (Favorite Movie, Popcorn, Movie Pass)

IDEA 2
Gift Cards are always great last minute gifts, but make sure to put thought into where the recipient would like to shop or eat. Parents always put their kids or spouse in front of them, so this one time it might be nice to get something just for them.
If it's for a:
Lady--try a spa, pedicure, or Victoria's Secret gift card
Girl or Boy--try a Toys'R'US or Gymboree gift card
Men---try a Best Buy or Dick's Sporting Goods gift card

IDEA 3
You could also make ANY baked goods. I love homemade food as gifts, it's the best!!!
Cookies in a Jar "for Santa" are always a wonderful idea.

Hope this helps you with your last minute gift buying!!!
Happy Holidays!!!
