How do you create rustic elegance?  Mandy and Nic's wedding stationery is a perfect example!  Beautiful, rich maroon and gold tones with kraft and twine accents were the perfect combination to let guests know just what they were in store for on the big day!

Baci Designs | Kate + Dylan's Reception Styling {Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens - Akron, Ohio}

We're trying super hard to catch up on everything we've missed here on the blog over the past year or so - stay tuned for new posts and loads of stationery and styling goodness :)

To start off the "quest to catch up" we thought it was perfectly appropriate to start with Kate and Dylan's Reception Styling at Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens in Akron.  Appropriate not only because this week they celebrated their anniversary, but they also welcomed a brand new baby boy!  Kate and Dylan are those clients most people dream of having - they are two of the kindest and most sincere people you will ever come across.

The beautiful images from the day were captured by Kristen Penner Photography, the stunning floral was created by Baumann's Florist and the fabulous "Prompt Guest Books" were done by Kate!

Baci Featured in The Knot Ohio | Anna Karenina Styled Shoot {Custom Stationery + Event Styling}

Quite possibly the biggest accomplishment of Baci's existence to date - our Anna Karenina Styled Shoot (a production with our style twin, Arielle Doneson Photography) was picked up for a seven (SEVEN!  Can you believe it?!?!) page feature in the most recent edition of The Knot Ohio!  On days when I feel like I'm drowning in small business ownership, it is moments like this one that grab my hand and lift me up out of the water :o)

While I was on Maternity Leave, some of our favorite designs were featured in the local JStyle Weddings Magazine!  We love the way they incorporated our pieces in these fun, style pages!  

Baci Designs | Stationery + Styling for the Spring/Summer 2013 Something White Look Book, Old World Glamour {Cleveland, Ohio}

I'm happy to bring you more of the goodness from our Spring/Summer 2013 Something White Look Book Photo Shoot!  The elegance of this Old World Glamour set up is so beautifully complimented by The Tudor Arms Hotel's gorgeous details and Arielle's soft editing touch.

When discussing ideas for the Old World Glamour Look, Karin of Something White had mentioned her recently purchased home came with original skeleton keys, so I knew we'd have to find a way to incorporate them.  The escort cards attached to the keys added the perfect feminine meets masculine touch!  I envisioned a bar set up for the main portion of the shoot, but I was blown away by the perfection the window nook provided for the set up of the vintage rentals from Borrow Vintage + Eclectic Rentals, the intricate cake by Cake Couture and the Magnificence Gold Glassware from Event Source.  I was also particularly happy with the way the jewelry enhanced the beauty of the custom stationery suite, complete with the glitter-lined envelope and vintage postage!

What's incredibly exciting is that this photo shoot was recently featured on Elizabeth Anne Designs - something that is so very thrilling!!
