baci's baking - Blueberry Squares

We're baking up a light (only 2 Weight Watchers Points per piece!) and incredibly simple recipe today, courtesy of our friend Bekah - Blueberry Squares!

Blueberry Squares

1 package Angel Food Cake Mix, about 14oz
22 oz. light blueberry pie filling

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Combine cake mix with blueberry filling (do not add any other ingredients).
3) Pour batter into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
4) Cool and cut into 24 pieces.
Makes 24 servings.

When Bekah made this tasty dessert for our Book Club (more to come on that later this week!), she added Light Cool Whip and topped each piece with a blueberry - SO YUMMY!! Thanks for sharing, Bekah :o)
