Caitlin's Current Wish List | Fall Fashions

Hello there! I'm Caitlin, the new Baci Intern and I'm really excited to be getting my start in event planning here at Baci Designer. I'm a recent graduate from Wilmington College and am eager to start my career.

My first blog post will be a wish list of fall apparel! Which means it's time to bust out those super cute cardigans and boots, Ladies :) Lately, vintage inspired fashions have become a huge hit and I totally agree! That's why I have chosen the products in this wish list. They are modern designs with a vintage twist. Enjoy!

1. This mint and brown handbag was my inspiration for the whole wishlist! It's so feminine and functional at the same time.
2. These boot socks are a brilliant idea and the lace and buttons at the top are to die for! As much as i wear my fall riding boots, I should definitely invest in a pair of these socks :)
3. I am all about lace these days! This white lace blazer ads softness to an otherwise very structured look.
4. These mint earrings top off the outfit especially if you're sporting the mint handbag as well. They are very vintage!

Handpicked | Fall Maternity Wardrobe

The time has officially come for me - my regular clothes aren't fitting quite the same as they used to and my trusty BeBand is no longer working to hold my pants up.  Alas, I have started searching for and purchasing maternity clothes.

While there are many great options out there for maternity clothes, it's still troublesome to a) find them in your local store (most great ones I've found can only be ordered online) and b) not spend a fortune (while A Pea in the Pod offers some great designer maternity duds, spending a large amount of money for things you can only wear for a short time isn't so grand. . . especially since you most likely won't want to wear these clothes ever again).  So I'm handpicking nine "must have" items for any Fall Maternity Wardrobe.  Old Navy, Gap and LOFT are my top three choices - if you live in a larger city, you might find maternity clothes in your local Old Navy or Gap, but you'll have to shop LOFT online no matter where you live.

1) Smooth-Panel Skinny Jeans - $29.50 - Old Navy's new Skinny Jeans are great AND affordable - they have the perfect dark wash and they don't look grossly "un-denim" like most maternity jeans. Having a great pair of basic jeans is a must for your Fall Wardrobe!
2) Pop-Color Rockstar Jeggings - $38.50 - I'm in love with theses colorful jeggings - they'd be perfect to pair with basic tops and bright colors are big this season.
3) 3/4-Sleeve Jersey Maxi Dress - $34.94 - Having a fabulous Maxi Dress is a must - this one is fantastic because it would be perfect to dress up or down.
4) Striped Long Foldover Waist Skirt - $39.95 - Gotta have a great skirt in your Fall Maternity Wardrobe!
5) Animal Print Ruched Side Knit Dress - $74.50 - With the many weddings that occur this time of year, having a beautiful dress that fits well and is comfortable is a must!
6) Cowlneck Tunic - $22.95 - Basic tunics and tanks will layer well during the unpredictable Fall weather.
7) Graphic Print Cotton Tiered Tank - $44.99 - I just love this tank!!
8) Open Cardigan - $39.95 - Layering is key when you're pregnant - taking the top layer off when you're boiling and then adding it back on ten minutes later when you're feeling the chill again :o)
9) 3/4 Sleeve Split Neck Pullover Tunic - $44.99 - Having a beautiful, basic sweater is a must for any Fall Wardrobe!

What are your must-haves for your maternity wardrobe?  Where is your favorite place to shop?  I'd love know!!

Four Years!! {The Reception}

Since I wasn't able to finish posting our wedding photos yesterday, today we are officially bring the Amanda + Ilario Wedding show to an end today (insert sad face - I'd love reliving it all!!) with photos and details from our reception!  Enjoy!!

Our delicious (it was even still tasty on our one-year anniversary!) cake was baked by my grandmother and decorated by my mom who also made the chocolate Groom's Cake and the 10.27.2007 cupcakes!! Those adorable little peach cookies were made by my mother-in-law and the rest of the tasty desserts were made by our aunts.
Before the bouquet toss and garter throw we did a kid-friendly candy toss - it was a huge hit!!
These photos are hands down some of the funniest things I have EVER seen in my life - my bridesmaids wanted that bouquet, lol!!!
My Grandma was a dancin' machine that night - I love it!!  It makes me so happy to see everyone having fun on the dance floor :o)
Four years later, I still can't say thank you enough to our amazing photographers - Brandy J and Sticky of Brandy J Photography!!

Four Years!! {The Bride + Groom}

These photos by Brandy J Photography really need to introduction - just me and my incredibly handsome husband :o)
Yes, this house really is leaning the far to the right. . . it's actually no longer standing, so our photos will remain unique and memorable!  Incredibly memorable because we were screamed at shortly after taking them. . . that's a story for another time though ;o)
Since we were married Halloween weekend, the Halloween Parade was going on downtown.  We were lucky enough to get some really awesome shots in front of one of the vendors - they thought were clinically insane, but they are honestly some of my favorites!!

Four Years!! {The Bridal Party}

I'm going to keep the Amanda and Ilario Wedding Par-tay going for a little while longer :o)  Right now its some of my favorite photos of The Bridal Party then we'll finish it up tomorrow with some shots of just the two of us and The Reception!!

I love, love, love the photos of my sister and I - we have the middle one framed on our gallery wall in our home because I love it so much!
My hubby is so handsome and our fathers look just as dashing in the photo to the right.  We have the photo of the men walking down the street framed on our gallery wall as well - love it!
There was never any doubt that our photographer, Sticky, was going to be an amazing father after seeing these photos of him and our flower girl,  Hannah. . . also, no doubt Hannah is going to grow up to be a stunning beauty!
The corn field may have been a bit messy, but the results were well worth it!!  Love, love, love :o)

Four Years!! {The Ceremony}

Today I'm continuing Ilario and I's Four Year Wedding Anniversary by sharing some beautiful details from our Ceremony - enjoy!

I love how beautiful my mom looks in this photo below and I can't get over how little my baby brother is!! Four years later and he's a handsome and strong young man, towering over all of us :o)

Now to explain the blue tongue that I walked down the aisle with - lol!!  Minutes before, I took a dissolvable mouth strip and it was the culprit - I love that the moment was captured because I probably wouldn't have remembered such a funny, random occurrence :o)

I can't express in words how talented my family members are when it comes to singing - my Aunt Sherril, cousin Sophie, Uncle Frank and Aunt Deb sang so beautifully on my wedding day, it's one of my most cherished memories!

I love my daddy!!  These photos can make me smile even when I'm having a bad day :o)

When I cry, I laugh - so throughout our vows I was simultaneously bawling and giggling :o)

Ilario and Uh-mana-dah Cursaro (yes, our priest said my name wrong because he was concentrating so much on Ilario's) - lol!!!
All of the photos captured of the children involved in our wedding are amazing - below our flower girl, Hannah, looks so sweet with her aunt Sarah (who I grew up next to) and my gorgeous nephew, Grant, is having his tie straightened. I LOVE IT!
